SUNDAY SCARIES
John, a university newspaper reporter, does a piece on college drinking—inspired by his previous night. He must retrace his steps to find his keys, his wallet, and a series of clues that may point to a promotion at the paper... or send him to maximum security prison.
Although this film is lighthearted, it touches on real issues around college social dynamics, peer pressure, self-identities, and the unpredictability of Greek life. This film has brought me valuable insight into the lives and challenges of others, helping me to convey these experiences in a way that is both entertaining and thought-provoking.
I served as both producer and actor in a Spring 2024 production, Santa Clara University, where I was responsible for overseeing key aspects of the production process—including ordering food, scheduling, creative direction, and coordination between cast and crew—while also performing as a brista. This dual responsibility allowed me to develop leadership, time management, and performance skills, all within a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.
